Freeport Steel floor trusses and joists are engineered to provide the best flooring system available. They offer consistent quality, and high strength to weight ratio. Most importantly, our floor systems are dimensionally stable assemblies that won’t expand, contract, warp or crack resulting in finished floors that will never squeak.
All floor truss systems have a 30" chase to easily accommodate HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing runs. The truss system also features openings for electrical and network cabling.
All trusses ans joists are manufactured from 50 KSI galvanized steel. Steel floor trusses and joists integrate easily with other building materials such as structural steel, concrete, ICF, etc. Floor trusses can be ordered in standard lengths or to your specifications. Email us to receive a quote.
